Class Resources
This section contains a range of sources relevant to understanding how Neuroscience impacts well-being and relationships. Dr. MacFadden’s work has been downstream of the classic medical, biology and anatomical understandings. He has focused on what the new Neuroscience knowledge means for helping us to understand ourselves, our thinking, our feeling and our behaviour. This includes relationships and well-being.
His courses and workshops are attended by a wide range of medical professionals who are not exposed to this knowledge in their classic medical courses. His Applied Mindfulness Meditation workshops are attended by a wide range of professionals and lay people interested in the intersection of Neuroscience and Mindfulness, including evidence of effectiveness.
