MacFadden, R.J. On-Line Ontario: Developing An Automated Network of Community Information Centres in Ontario. This was also a major funding proposal to the Trillium Foundation to automate Community Information Centres in Ontario. The proposal was successful and the ACICO will receive $1.5 million over the next three years to automate the network.
